Rain Maker
Wondrous Item, Rare
Rain Makers look like three foot long sticks about 3 inches in diameter. When shaken, they make a sound like rain falling. A creature may shake it, and instead of hearing the sound of rain, ask for actual rain to fall. When activated, it rains for 4 hours, accumulating around 2 inches. The rain falls in an area 2 miles by 2 miles, with the center being where the stick was when activated. A rain maker will not work again for 3 weeks, and with each use, there is a 10% chance (non-cumulative) that it will disappear when the rain stops falling.
