Today’s free magic item is great if you want to add a bit of ranged to a character that is otherwise mostly melee based…….Here are the gloves of snowballs.
Gloves of Snowballs
Wondrous Item, Uncommon
These gloves are made of white fur of an unknown origin. As an action, the wearer can form a snowball and throw it. Snowballs produced by these gloves may be thrown up to 50 feet, or 100 feet with disadvantage. Attacks with these snowballs use the thrower’s Dexterity bonus, +1. Damage from a snowball is 1d6 bludgeoning.
Rumors exist that higher level characters can attune the gloves to themselves, allowing them to produce 2 or even three snowballs that do more damage, but these are probably just rumors.
