Wand of Blowing Snow
Wondrous Item, Uncommon
This wand is made from the bone of a beast found in arctic climates, often a polar bear or walrus. There are many variants of wands that manipulate snow and ice, but this one has only one use, obscuring the vision of your adversaries. When activated, you create a 20-foot-radius sphere of snow and ice centered on a point within 50 ft. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. The sphere lasts for 10 minutes. If you are a spellcaster, you can concentrate (as if concentrating on a spell) on the sphere, and use a bonus action to move it up to 30 ft. per round.
This wand has 5 charges. I regains 1d6 charges every morning. If you ever you use the last charge, roll a D20. On a 9 or less, the wand is destroyed.
